We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. Colors and dimensions may vary slightly between screens. All cat trees are intended for domestic use under adult supervision. PurrPeak reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PurrPeak’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis.
