Refund & Return Policy

At PurrPeak, we stand behind the quality of every cat tree we sell. This policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent about exactly what we cover and how.
Defective or Damaged Items — Full Refund, No Return Required
If your cat tree arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing fault, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement — your choice. You are not required to ship the item back.
To claim: email support@purrpeak.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. We will respond within 24 business hours and process your refund or ship the replacement immediately.
Missing or Incorrect Parts
If a part is missing from your package or you receive the wrong component, contact us at support@purrpeak.com with your order number and a description of what is missing. We will ship the correct part at no cost to you, typically within 3–5 business days.
Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive a different product than what you ordered due to a fulfillment error on our part, we will ship the correct item at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. No return of the incorrect item is required.
Change of Mind
We accept cancellations before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Cat trees are large items and return shipping costs make this impractical for both parties.

What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper assembly or use
- Normal wear and tear (scratching, flattening of plush over time)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Change of mind after shipment
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your claim is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
