Delivery to US Addresses
All PurrPeak cat trees are dispatched to US addresses. Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days from the date your order is confirmed, depending on your location and carrier availability. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to US addresses. No minimum order required.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather events, or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days at support@purrpeak.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment and find a resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an error is discovered before shipment, contact us immediately and we will correct it. If the order has already shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipment fees may apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days at support@purrpeak.com with your order number and photos.
International Orders
We currently ship to US addresses only. For international inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
